Catholic Catechism: How the Trinity Dwells in People

I am a temple of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit is God. Therefore I am a temple of God. When I receive Communion, I consume our Lord Jesus Christ, wholly and completely into my body, uniting with the 2nd person of the Holy Trinity. “No one comes to the Father except through the Son.” Through Divine Love, I exist as a creation of the Father. I am saved by the sacrifice of the Son, and inspired by the Spirit of God that dwells within me.

Three persons in one God, “Hence the whole Christian life is a communion with each of the divine persons, without in any way separating them. Everyone who glorifies the Father does so through the Son in the Holy Spirit; everyone who follows Christ does so because the Father draws him and the Spirit moves him.” (CCC pg. 77)
